I will be reading from my new book of poems, “Gardeners Do It With Their Hands Dirty” at Plymouth Public Library, 132 South St., Plymouth MA, on Monday, June 12, 7 p.m.

Also a slide show of photos from the home garden referred to in many of the poems. Light refreshments. The reading is free. Copies of the book will be available for sale and signing.

I’ll also read a new poem on land use and our relationship with the Earth that is appearing this month (June 2017) on Verse-Virtual. com. It’s titled “Snarky George and the Georgics: New England, New Jerusalem, New Lawn.”
